Simpler steps in your digital work.

You enter the same details more than once, look for information in different places or repeat the same steps every day. We look at where your workflow could be simpler. I’m Roman Waldmeier from Basel, and I help you understand the options and put suitable changes into practice.

Understand the workflow first.

We go through a typical task step by step. Where does the information come from? Who needs it next? Where do questions or duplicate entries arise? This helps us see where a change might be useful and which steps still need your attention.

  • Reduce duplicate data entry
  • Organise information more clearly
  • Explore automation for recurring steps

Work with the tools you already use.

We look at what your tools can already do and whether the steps you need can be connected. We also discuss the limits: some handovers need checking or work only under certain conditions. I explain the options before we agree on an implementation.

Show me a typical task.

A short description of your current workflow is a good place to start. Mention the tools involved and the step that slows you down most. An example without confidential information helps me understand the situation. Then we can discuss a sensible change and how to try it out.

Questions about Workflows & automation

Does the whole workflow need to be automated?

No. We also consider simpler changes, such as clearer responsibilities, better organised information or an existing feature. The point is to find what helps with your actual task.

What if my tools do not work together?

We check the specific tools and the handovers you need. I do not promise a connection before we understand the options. Where necessary, we discuss other approaches to your workflow.

Which step is slowing you down?

Describe a task that feels unnecessarily complicated. We can take a look at it together.
